Hi Everyone!!! I know we haven't done much "chairing" lately, but hopefully that's about to change. Mom and I have put together our first video from our Florida trip in Sept/Oct. To refresh your memory, we went to both Disney World and Universal Studios. It was an amazing trip. We tried to change things up a bit and take more video so that is what we will mostly be chairing with you. However, there is a big learning curve for us to figure out how to make/edit the videos, so the info may be slow in coming. There are already some things we have learned from this first series (like we need to talk more and we need to keep the microphone out of the shot - seems obvious but.....).
The first video follows us through our first evening at Disney. We stayed at Shades of Green, an Armed Forces Recreation Center. This resort is designated for the military only; active or retired. It provides an awesome experience at reasonable prices. One thing mom noticed and liked was the emergency outlet in the room. That is the first time we have seen one of those in a hotel. It means that if the power went out, that outlet would still work off a generator. After checking into the resort, we made it to Epcot Center and mainly just looked around.
Please be patient with us. We know that this video is very amateurish and that it's not very informative. My goal is still to let others know what places/things are best for the handicapped and to bring overall awareness to everyone. We hope to improve upon this as we get more comfortable with the vlogging.
