Transportation in NYC

Okay, we made it to New York City! Now, how were we going to get around? We purposefully got a hotel near our most desired attractions (Broadway) so that we could walk to where we wanted to go. We found walking through the city very doable. Was it perfect, no, but there was always a way to walk from point A to point B. Sometimes, you needed patience, and you usually had to be paying attention, but it could always be done. When the location was too far to walk, we used Uber. We found this to be the most user-friendly option. It was always available, and we never had to wait long. The only negative part about it, was that there was no caution taken by the drivers to avoid pot holes or other bumps in the road so Kimberly was bouncing around like crazy. However, it was tolerable and so convenient. We were determined to use the public buses at least once so that we could review it. Unfortunately, after looking around for about 45 minutes, using the public transportation apps and asking multiple people, we could never find the right bus stop. Now, on one hand, we have no experience in this. On the other, we are educated, smart people. It shouldn't have been that hard. We finally gave up, so we can't tell you how the buses were for wheelchair users. If you have better luck than we had, let us know!
