Top of The Rock

One of the attractions we did in NYC was the Top of the Rock. We ordered tickets ahead of time. We chose the 6:00 time so that we could see the view in the daylight and stay long enough to get the nighttime view as well. That worked perfectly. There is a que on the sidewalk outside the 30 Rockefeller Plaza. When it was our turn, someone took us out of the que early to get us inside and to help us make it to the observation deck. This attraction is very, very crowded as you would imagine. You have to reserve a time to get in, but once in, you can stay as long as you like. I'm guessing many had the same idea about seeing the view in both times of the day. However, with some patience and a few polite excuse me's, we were able to eventually get close to the front to get an unobstructed view. As expected, it was awesome. I also did the Beam Experience. This is NOT wheelchair accessible. I also didn't think it was worth the extra $25 for the ticket, but that's just me. Overall, this attraction was very cool. It was way crowded so just know that going in. If the crowds bother you, maybe do some research as to the best time to go.
